What You Will Do

Core Responsibilities
Surface prep Scrape, sand, patch, caulk, and clean surfaces before paint. Quality of the finish starts with quality of the prep.
Mask and protect Tape, mask, drape, and protect floors, furniture, and adjacent surfaces before any paint opens. Clean setup means clean finish.
Prime Apply primer to bare, patched, and stained surfaces so the finish coats hold and color reads true.
Cut and roll Cut clean lines at ceilings, trim, and corners, and roll walls with an even finish free of roller marks and holidays.
Spray application Use HVLP and airless sprayers for cabinets, doors, exteriors, and stucco. Set up, tune, and clean equipment properly.
Stucco and popcorn work Repair stucco cracks before exterior paint, and scrape and repaint popcorn ceilings as required on interior jobs.
Site safety and communication Maintain a clean, safe job site and communicate professionally with leads, other trades, and homeowners.

Painting Work You Will Do

Experience across interior and exterior painting is helpful and in most cases required. Exterior stucco work, cabinet refinishing, and popcorn ceiling removal are the scopes where skilled painters are hardest to find locally.

Painting Services We Provide
Interior Painting Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets. Full-room repaints and whole-home interiors with clean cut lines and smooth rolled finishes.
Exterior Painting Stucco, wood siding, fascia, eaves, doors, and trim. Spray and back-roll technique for proper coverage and penetration on stucco surfaces.
Stucco Prep and Repair Identify and repair stucco cracks, patch damaged areas, and prep surfaces properly before exterior paint goes on.
Popcorn Ceiling Removal Scrape and remove popcorn ceiling texture, skim coat smooth, and repaint with clean flat ceiling finish.
Cabinet Painting and Refinishing Kitchen and bathroom cabinet refinishing, including proper degreasing, sanding, priming, and sprayed finish coats for a factory look.
Trim and Door Work Baseboard, casing, crown, and doors with clean cut lines, brush marks minimized, and sprayed finishes where appropriate.
Specialty Finishes Accent walls, color matching to existing surfaces, and touch-up work on aged or damaged paint.
Color Consultation Support Help homeowners test samples, read undertones, and make paint selections that work in Coachella Valley light conditions.
Stucco prep, cabinet refinishing, and popcorn ceiling removal stands out. Verifiable experience in these areas significantly strengthens your application.
