Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Plumbing Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems across the Coachella Valley.

Plumbing Technician - Coachella Valley

This is a full-time field position for a plumbing technician who already knows the trade. Coachella Valley work covers the full residential scope, from service calls and fixture swaps through full-home repipes, slab leak repairs, water heater replacements, and gas line work. Hard water and slab foundations make this market different from most of California, and technicians who thrive here understand how those conditions affect the systems they install. Pay is competitive and based on experience and specialties.

Plumbing Work You Will Do

Experience across multiple plumbing scopes is helpful and in most cases required. Slab leak work, repipes, and tankless water heater installs are the areas where skilled technicians are hardest to find locally.

Plumbing Services We Provide
Repipes Whole-home PEX and copper repipes, including layout, rough-in, connection to fixtures, and drywall coordination.
Water Heaters Tank and tankless water heater installation, including gas line sizing, venting, and expansion tank requirements. Experience with Rheem, Bradford White, Navien, and Rinnai.
Slab Leak Repair Detection using pressure testing, acoustic listening, and thermal imaging. Repair by spot patch, reroute, or partial repipe depending on the situation.
Drain Cleaning and Sewer Snaking, hydro jetting, camera inspections, and sewer lateral repair or replacement including trenchless lining where appropriate.
Fixture Installation Toilets, faucets, shower valves, tub fillers, garbage disposals, and complete bathroom rough-in. Experience with premium brands like Kohler, Grohe, and Hansgrohe.
Gas Line Work Install and repair gas lines, including CSST and black iron, with proper pressure testing and permit coordination.
Water Softeners and Filtration Whole-house softeners and reverse osmosis systems. Hard water in the Coachella Valley makes this a high-demand scope.
Inspections and Diagnostics Full residential plumbing inspections, pressure testing, and diagnostic work on existing systems for homeowners and real estate transactions.
Slab leak, repipe, and tankless water heater experience stands out. Verifiable experience in these areas significantly strengthens your application.
